​Public consultation on Healthcare for the Future

Fierce opposition to Success Regime proposals was shown through public protests and the 10,000 strong (and still growing) VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE IN THE SUCCESS REGIME organised by the We Need West Cumberland Hospital campaign group.

 

Local newspapers Times and Star and Whitehaven News collected almost 10,000 signatures for their SAVE OUR SERVICES petition, handed to the Success Regime at the end of the consultation.
